6    Newsletter

You have the right:

In the event of disproportionate effort, we reserve the right to request proof of identity from you and to require you to pay the actual costs in advance.
  • to request the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of your personal data stored by us (Art. 16 GDPR).

9    Data security

APPAGIC applications are generally secured using SSL encryption. APPAGIC user accounts are password-protected for authentication purposes. Passwords are stored in encrypted form, meaning that we cannot view them. Our employees are familiar with the most important principles of data protection and are bound by internal data protection guidelines. We have defined technical and organisational measures to ensure the highest possible level of protection for your personal data.

9.1 Storage period

When a data subject is deleted, all data is removed from the database. Log entries relating to the data subjects concerned are not deleted. Log files are deleted after 6 months.
