How we can help you
It is very important to us that you are able to use our tools and all their functions. We support you in this by providing you with instructions, video tutorials and blog articles. In addition, you will find further tips on the respective functions directly in the tool. Of course, you can also contact us personally and tell us about your concerns.
Please note: Our support is available in German. Thanks to online translation tools such as Deepl, we can also offer email support in other languages. However, due to the nature of online translation, we cannot guarantee the quality of this service.
1. Instructions and video tutorials
We believe that an application should be more or less self-explanatory. Achieving this is not always easy. But instead of writing a boring manual, we have provided numerous screencasts for you in the support area. A screencast is a video in which we show you step by step how to configure and use our tools.
Our tools have instruction pages (VOLAGIC, EVAGIC, DIRAGIC) where we explain the most important features. We also recommend our YouTube channel, where we regularly publish instructional videos for all tools:
2. Blog articles
We maintain blogs for our tools (VOLAGIC, EVAGIC). Here we present the latest features and provide valuable detailed tips. It is therefore worth keeping an eye on the blogs.
Tip: You can find relevant content very quickly using the search function (magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner)!
3. Tips & Tricks
In VOLAGIC and EVAGIC, there are question marks in various places at the top right of the backend. If you click on them, we will show you the best blog articles and YouTube videos in this area.
